Honey Walk is a food installation that explores and celebrates the beauty and wonder of pollination in the earth’s ecosystem.

With a constant stream of flowing honey acting as a languid timepiece overhead, we are invited to taste the various stages of the process from seeds, to sprouts, buds to flowers. Dipping food made of ingredients that have been pollinated by bees, birds or insects into dripping and falling honey, we are confronted by the intricate system of plant reproduction and its versatile by-product. The viscosity, transparency and sweetness of the honey supplies constant variability paring with the food in a way that shifts taste and time.
